Once your heart is set on it, there is absolutely nothing
you can't achieve. Chelsey Jay has a rare condition that causes her to faint
anytime she stands up. The condition is known as Postural Tachycardia Syndrome
(PoTS) .

The 23 year old who was an aspiring model before she was
struck down with condition, almost gave up on her modeling career.
Chelsey after speaking on her experience online was spotted
by Models of Diversity; she was signed under their label and has never looked
back since then. She has modeled for Boohoo, and has done catwalks for lot of
different events and shows. According to Chelsey who says “I might not be able
to walk the catwalk like the other girls do, but I give it my all in my wheelchair
instead”

Awuuu there is nothing like believing in yourself, no
matter what, it might take a while few ups and downs, but you will definitely
make it and achieve all your heart desires if only you believe in yourself.
